AMACO Velvet V-383 Light Red Underglaze Pint, 16 oz. (473 mL), Cone 05-10 “V” Intermixable Underglaze for Bisque and Wet/Unfired Clay

AMACO Velvet V-383 Light Red Underglaze is a light coral red that is bright at Cone 05, softens slightly at Cone 5, and becomes darker and slightly glossy at Cone 10. Apply to wet/bone-dry clay before firing, or on Cone 04 bisque and cover with a glaze before firing to Cone 05-10. A clear glaze accentuates the color nicely at any temperature. 16 oz. (473 mL) jar. AMACO Velvet “V” Underglazes for bisque and wet/unfired clay have a soft, velour look when left unglazed. Glaze with clear matte glaze for a satin finish, or gloss glaze to intensify color. Mix to create hundreds of colors! If left unglazed, Velvet Underglazes should not be used on surfaces which come in contact with food or drink. Food safe only when applied and fired under AMACO LG-10 Clear Transparent Gloss Glaze (sold separately). Lead-free.
